ARRIVAL (unit guaranteed for 4 pm)

In order to avoid gatherings at the reception, no registration is possible before 12 pm. There will be no storage of personal effects and food if your unit is not ready upon arrival.

Advise: We recommend that you bring a carry-on bag to carry the personal items you will need before you are granted access to your suite.

DEPARTURE (prior 11 am)

Your invoice will be sent to you by email, without having to go through reception. There will be no storage of personal effects and food should you wish to use our facilities during the day.

Advice: At the pool, we have showers with hair dryers and towels that you can use after your activities to freshen up before heading home.

PARKING

Hotel parking is included in your stay and is across the street. A landing stage is also located in front of the reception.

Advice: We have 4 luggage trolleys to facilitate the transport of your personal effects.

CHARGING STATIONS

5 charging stations for electric cars now available! (1 universal terminal and 4 Tesla terminals)

DINNER À LA CARTE or 3COURSE TABLE D’HÔTE

It is mandatory to make a reservation to eat in the dining room, please make your reservation at our restaurant as soon as possible. We have a limited number of places available.

Advice: Reserve your place at the restaurant by emailing [email protected] or by phone at 1-800-567-6763 extension 869.

UNIT CLEANING

Implementation of cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure the safety of guests (all dishes are in the dishwasher). In order to limit staff interactions with your surroundings, there will be no room cleaning service during your stay except in case of urgent request. Towel and garbage service will be available daily upon request.

PET

Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant accepts pets. In order to ensure our clients comfort, here are a few guidelines to follow.

  • Only dogs and cats are accepted in some of our accommodations (room with fireplace, lakelevel suite and large 2 bedroom suite).
  • Only one pet per room is allowed.
  • No disruptive noise (including barking) will be tolerated at any hour of the day.
  • While outside, always pick-up your pet’s waste.
  • Note that by law, all dogs must be on a leash at all times while out of your unit.
  • No pets are allowed (in your arms, on a leach, in a cage) in the common areas; lobby, bar, dining room, pool, beach, elevators, corridors, meeting rooms, etc.
  • A non-refundable fee of $25.00 daily will be charged to your account for cleaning purposes of your room, and is not based on the fur (hypoallergenic or not) or your animal.

* Please note that, in the event that, at check-in or during your stay, we realize that any of the guidelines mentioned above are not respected, Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant reserves the right to ask you to bring your pet to the closest kennel.

Advise: To walk your pet, we suggest the Chemin St-Bernard, located between the hotel and the lake or the pine forest.

COVID-19 MEASURES IN FORCE

From the start, the safety of our customers and employees has been our top priority and we closely monitor government-imposed health measures. We take the greatest care to welcome you in a safe environment.

Everyone has a role to play and it is everyone’s responsibility to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves collectively. The virus is still active, health and safety is everyone’s business!

Please note that full access to facilities will depend on government guidelines in effect at the time of your stay. Exceptional health measures will be taken to comply with the instructions in force.
