Faithfull to traditions, our pumpkin carving contest is back this year for Thanksgiving on October 12th and 13th 2019. From a drawing a family will be given a gift card of $150 for a future stay.

COVID-19 MEASURES IN FORCE

Everyone has a role to play and it is everyone’s responsibility to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves collectively. Health and safety is everyone’s business!

We wish to inform you that we are currently in an “Red Zone” according to our provincial government.

The virus is still very active and all have to be disciplined to wear masks, wash hands and stay socially distanced.

Please note that these measures may be reinforced by our local authorities who may request identification if they visit the property.

Measures being taken to protect you and our employees

Our measures for all our employees include but are not limited to the following:

  1. All will be informed of a protocol to be taken should they experience any of the symptoms associated with this virus prior to arriving and or while at their workplace
  2. All will have received and been trained as to their work routine in these new conditions
  3. All will be supplied with washable masks and their personal hand sanitation dispensers

Our measures for our guest:

  1. Arrival area protected so as to limit contact between individuals
  2. Hand sanitizer dispensers available throughout to  the property
  3. Increased disinfection of surfaces in high contact areas
  4. Increased disinfection and cleaning of all common area, guest and meeting rooms
  5. Signage for proper circulation

ACCESS TO ELEVATORS

The use of the elevators must be done in turn, only for people staying in the same suite. We therefore ask you to be patient or to use the stairs.

ARRIVAL (unit guaranteed for 4 pm)

You must arrive before 9h30 pm to respect the curfew.

In order to avoid gatherings at the reception, no registration is possible before 12 pm. There will be no storage of personal effects and food if your unit is not ready upon arrival.

Curfew

A curfew is in effect between 9h30 pm and 5 am. It is permitted to exit the hotel to walk your dog in a perimeter of no more than 1 km or in case of emergency.

DEPARTURE (prior 11 am)

You must leave the hotel after 5 am to comply with the curfew.

Your invoice will be sent to you by email, without having to go through reception. There will be no storage of personal effects and food should you wish to use our facilities during the day.

DISTANCIATION OF 2 METERS

Social distancing measures are to be followed at all times. Keep 2 metres away from others when moving around the resort or waiting in line. Posters and ground signs have been installed in some strategic places to direct traffic and remind people of social distancing guidelines and the health measures that have been put in place.

HAND WASHING

Obligation to disinfect hands when entering the hotel. Disinfecting stations, with distributors of hydroalcoholic gels, are also installed throughout the property.

Hélène Mouton massage therapy center

The massage therapy center is open respecting health standards and social distancing.

Mask or face covering

Mask wearing is mandatory in Quebec in all closed public places.

For people age 10 and over, wearing a face covering is mandatory everywhere inside the hotel. Masks will be available at the reception for $2.

POOL

Reopening on March 26, 2021 and a reservation is required on weekends.

  • Pool maximum 20 people
  • Whirlpool maximum 6 people

Opening hours:

  • Sunday to Thursday 8h30 am to 8 pm
  • Friday and Saturday 8h30 am to 9 pm

Mask wearing is mandatory if you are not in the water.

A reservation can only be made for the current day from 8 am by telephone for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. (819-425-8599 extension 664)

A unit can only make one reservation per day. We have set up our reservation system with 40 minutes blocks and a maximum of 20 people per block.

Restaurant and bar

The dining rooms are closed in the red zone, but room service remains available.

Shop Expérience SK

The Expérience SK shop is open respecting health standards and social distancing. Rental and sale of sports equipment such as mountain bikes, electric bikes and much more.

UNIT CLEANING

Implementation of new cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure the safety of guests (all dishes are in the dishwasher). In order to limit staff interactions with your environment, room cleaning will be done every 3 nights, unless there is an urgent request. Towel and garbage service will be available daily upon request.

WAITING AREAS

Delimitation of waiting areas at reception, restaurant, bar and marina. Thank you for your patience.
